Abstract

Rights disappear and morals deteriorate when justice and fairness are absent. A just and equitable life cannot exist unless fairness prevails among people. Within this context, the discussion of social justice in education highlights the need to protect marginalized groups and ensure that all individuals remain included without exclusion or neglect.
The paper emphasizes that some groups, especially persons with disabilities and other marginalized learners, have historically been deprived of basic rights, including education and dignified living conditions. In response, national laws and international conventions have called for fairness and inclusion. The framework law and the Strategic Vision for Reform 2015-2030 affirm the right of these groups to education and training like other members of society, without feelings of exclusion or marginalization.
Inclusive education seeks to change stereotypes and stigma related to gender, disability, or social differences by focusing on each child’s abilities rather than limitations. Achieving social justice in education requires integrated measures such as free education, support for learners with special needs, adequate funding, equal access to schools, strong infrastructure, transportation programs, curriculum modernization, and teacher training to improve educational quality and strengthen the ability to deal with student diversity.
