This research aims to diagnose the deficiencies that Moroccan education suffers from, after reports agreed that Morocco occupies low ranks in terms of the quality of education, high rates of repetition and school dropout, and the spread of negative phenomena in the school environment. Therefore, I tried to monitor the most important deficiencies in a scientific and objective manner, by adopting the descriptive approach, while referring to the Sunnah of the Prophet to anticipate practical solutions to this dilemma
Considering that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was the first teacher who was able with all his ability to bring people out of the darkness of ignorance and foolishness, into the lights of knowledge and guidance, as his noble Sunnah was characterized by the character of godliness, comprehensiveness, and universality. The research concluded by identifying four elements of weakness and proposing solutions to overcome them:
First, assigning the task of education and administration to some frameworks that lack competence and a sense of responsibility, and this can only be solved by adopting objective criteria when hiring. Second, the absence of the desire to achieve among a wide category of learners, and this can only be solved with the element of excitement and closeness to the learner to motivate him to learn. Third, adopting outdated educational methods that do not keep pace with the times
Which requires making use of modern methods and advanced technology in delivering information. Fourth, the glut that the school curricula suffers from in terms of the number of lessons and materials that burden the learner, and his abilities must be taken into account, and the gradual adoption of the curriculum must be followed and the focus on what is important
